I applied online. The manager contacted me directly. He asked me a bunch of questions, about java and some recent projects. At the end, he declared that I was too junior for his group. I asked him why, and he said that I missed on of his questions, and explanation on a previous project was not complete. I've been a engineer for 16 years with a MS. So highly insulting.
It was very good in So you will be having more or less four rounds of interviews in which you will be asking a design patterns how you design how you will Solve the problem all those stuff and all and it is more or less you will be having Too much of coding questions so you need to answer for sure andyeah

4-5 rounds. First is HR screening. He was really nice. 2nd is technical round with one of the engineer in Bangalore. 3rd is again techincal round. 4th is technical as well. The interviewers were really nice.
