The initial contact and screening was great by a recruiter. Then as soon as I was paased to another recruiter, I got lost in the recruiter shuffle. I was passed from one receuiter to the next. Then back to another recruiter. Then several weeks later there were 2 phone screens set up, then an interview schedule made up of 5 people. Total interview for the last date was 4 hours. The interview was more casual.
