Six interviews total, two with recruiters, 3 with peers, 1 with hiring manager. Each interview was one on one. Everyone was friendly and interviews lasted one hour each. Overall a positive and informative process.

Existing CSM via video asking behavioral and some technical QA 4 Existing CSM via video asking behavioral and some technical QA 4 rounds of interviews lasting over 3 hrs One week following the last interview I followed up to determine if there is any feedback and now being over 2 weeks later I still have yet to receive a response. If a prospective employee spends over 3hrs of their time with a company for interviews it would be best if the HR department spends 2min of their time crafting an email to indicate why the individual may not be a good fit or if they are still evaluating candidates. Unprofessional for the Proofpoint organization to ghost and individual in these situations.
