I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Propark Mobility (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I was initially contacted by someone in HR who scheduled me for a phone screening. The questions were very basic (i.e. rate your proficiency with Microsoft Word on a scale of 1 to 12) and the whole call was quite informal. Total time was about 45 minutes. A week later I was contacted to setup a phone interview with the Regional Manager. I was scheduled for a one hour slot, and told to await the manager's call. The manager called me about 15 minutes late, though he apologized for his tardiness, and proceeded to interview me for almost 2 hours. He praised me on my skills and my impressive growth within my current company in such a short time. I was told to expect a call the following week. I followed up in the middle of the following week to make sure they didn't need any other information. I finally heard back about 5 days after that saying that had moved on with a different candidate.
