Started with 3 person virtual interview. Transitioned into in-person meet and greet a week later. Was told I would get a follow-up call for decision the next day. 2 weeks later and 2 follow-ups later, no responses about decision or progress on hiring. Found out that they hired someone for the role by looking at the company's LinkedIn and start date on new person. Had a poor candidate experience due to being ghosted. I understand security industry is busy but doesn't excuse poor customer/candidate service. 0/10 wouldn't interview again in future
