Pros - for the most part, very welcoming people who try to make you feel comfortable.
Cons-Would have been a positive interviewing experience if it wasn't for the first interviewer being on his phone the whole time.

Interview
*This interview was completed December 2016
It started with a phone call from a recruiter which rolled into a phone interview. I was scheduled an onsite interview via email next day.
About a week later I went in for the onsite interview which lasted about an hour. I met with one manager at a time but in total, interviewed with three managers. Not a panel! Three seperate mini interviews back to back.
About four days later I was called by the recruiter and was offered the job.
Everyone was polite and professional. Management was transparent and honest and were able to answer my questions without hesitation. I really liked that they were prepared.
3 part interview process, which included both behavioral (panel) and application-based questions. (1:1) The process is longer than typical, but the interviewers were all very nice and obviously passionate about the company. Overall a positive first impression.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Prosper.com (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a tough interview, first with two managers then after with the senior manager. First you do a phone screening with the recruiter, then they set you up with an interview. The entire process is about 3 days. They had set hire dates where you have to start, i interviewed within a week of the next hiring class.
