3 stage interview process.
1. Screening with recruiter to ask basic questions on why protiviti, what scheme you would prefer and about you.
2. Assessment centre - question session, group presentation, written task on how Microsoft became exceptional
3. Final interview with 2 senior managers - presentation on protiviti values and what makes am exceptional consultancy

- group presentation on electric charging points
They are assessing how you think.
Normal application with CV and info, followed by a video interview and then get on an initial video call if you pass that. Assessment centre if you pass the video call.

Very nice recruiter, kept informed after every stage. Started with CV, application, Questions. Then online assessments, Video Interview. Then HR competency interview, then assessment day. Final stage was a Presentation in person with 2 MDs.
