Four rounds. Round 1: Basic screen/intro Round 2: Presentation with panel. Asked to create around 24-30 slides. Round 3: Two more people from cross-functional group Round 4: Final round. Topgrade. This was about 1.5 hours. CEO involved. The last round was probably the strangest and most off-putting of all. Never heard of a topgrade, but it is a deep dive into your history starting with high school. There were multiple questions about high school grades, gpa, courses and then again for college. You would think that asking someone about high school grades after 20 years in the industry would be silly, but apparently it was deemed important enough to probe and ask about. Took over a week to get a rejection after that debacle. Promised to come back with feedback and then ghosted. Extremely unprofessional and amateur. Wish I read the other interview where someone applied for VP of Engineering and had an equally unpleasant experience. Financially they appear to be successful, but the final round was probably one of the worst experiences I had in my entire career. Very sad.
