Proton.ai Customer Success Manager (CSM) interview questions

If you're looking for an unprofessional experience, Proton AI delivers. The company reached out to me directly. I took time off work to meet with them. Right before the call, they rescheduled. I adjusted again, took more time off, joined the next meeting - and no one showed up. I waited on the call for 15 minutes, sent a message saying I’d stay on until the end of the allotted time. No reply. I followed up a couple of days later with a respectful message acknowledging that mix-ups happen and simply asked if the process was still moving forward or if the role had been filled. I made it clear I understood if priorities had changed. Still nothing. That kind of disregard for people's time and effort doesn't just happen by accident. It’s a reflection of the company’s culture and leadership.
