Interview
Well first of all, give yourself an extra 20 minutes on upon arriving to the hospital because you will be lost. I showed up unfortunately 5 minutes before the interview. But I'm kind of glad because I wasn't nervous because I didn't have time to sit and be nervous. I was brought back immediately, the supervisor of the lab is very friendly, she makes you feel comfortable. We jumped into the interview fairly quickly, the questions were easy for the most part. Just lots of questions. You'll be there for a good 30 minutes.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Providence (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2023
Interview
Someone sends in your resume to the hiring manager and doesn't look at it until he is in the meeting with you. All he can focus on is the "no experience" part and cuts the interview short. It already says it on the resume, but they need a certain amount of people interviewed for the role. He told me training is done in 3 different weeks. If you don't pick it up he implied that they fire you? They waste your time even if you answer everything perfectly.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Providence (Beaverton, OR) in Aug 2019
Interview
About 4 weeks after applying I got an email for an online interview. Not long after that, they emailed me to schedule an in-person interview. This interview was getting to see how I interacted with them and to tell me about the position. After the interveiw, they asked for my references. I did not get past this step because I accepted a different job.
