It was a video interview with Hirevue online, which took about 45 min to complete. It had both video responses and essay responses. You were given the question and given about 30 seconds to prepare your response and then given 3 minutes to actually respond. The essay questions gave you unlimited writing space.

I applied online. I interviewed at Providence (Portland, OR) in Nov 2018
Interview
Online video interview, then in person interview with three people. Waiting to hear back now and it has been four weeks. They responded back quickly at first but after the in person interview, you get to wait for weeks before hearing back from them. The last I heard from them was regarding information related to my references but I have not heard from them since. Hard to tell if I will get the job or not.

Before I had my in person interview, I had to answer many questions (verbally and written). I received a phone call two days later asking for an in person interview. We read the expectations and job description together. I took my typing test, then they asked me four or five questions. They were super nice and made me feel right at home!
