I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Providence (Portland, OR) in Feb 2018
Interview
I had applied countless times directly to this local organization and never received even the slightest feedback despite meeting or exceeding nearly all their requested qualifications. Not a single word. I had pretty much given hope, but finally, one day, a recruiter that they hired in Massachusetts set up an interview with me to discuss an analyst role I was excited about. The recruiter was cordial but ultimately also never received any feedback from Providence other than a vague, "We didn't feel it would be a good fit". Which could mean anything, really. Very disappointing.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Providence (Portland, OR) in Dec 2021
Interview
I first took a call with one of the senior team members who asked me some screening questions. After that an online panel interview was set up where I met with the team and department manager. They asked general questions about my background, why I would be well suited for the position, and how I would respond in different hypothetical situations. After the call I was given an at home practice test to assess my ability to analyze the kind of work I would be given. After the test I had a phone call with two other senior analysts to talk through my answers to the practical.

Interview
Easier than most, standard questions. Had a virtual/web-browser text-based interview followed by a Teams interview with video. Heard back from them within a week after the video interview, total process was only 2-3 weeks.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Providence (Houston, TX)
Interview
Interview process was very short and fast. Hired pretty much on the spot!
HR is lacking in many ways- they do not give complete information about the onboarding process. I believe the HR is outsourced and needs much more improvement.
