The Interview process was fairly quick. It consisted of a phone interview discussing basics of why are you looking to leave your current position, why are you interested in working for providence, compensation, ect.
From there I was directed to do an on-demand interview through Hirevue, while is was a bit awkward it went relatively smoothly and consisted of essay questions in addition to questions where you had to record your answers.
From that point I was then given an in person interview where most questions were scenario driven and you had to work through an example scenario discussing what your strategy was and why.
Overall the process took about a week and a half from start to finish.
