The company's recruiter emailed me after receiving my application, saying she was "delighted to inform me" that I had been chosen for an interview and to let her know what times would work to schedule it. I responded with some times, and she never responded to set anything up. I followed up, but she ghosted me. I understand that things change, but a courtesy call to let me know would have been the professional thing to do.
