Interview
Great, the recruiter really set me up for success. I wasn’t able to attend the first interview beacuse my kids were home due to Covid. I ended up losing the first position but the recruiter called a week later with an even better location.

Interview
I had two interviews for a Care Coordinator position. The first was with a clinic in Central Point and the hiring manager was prompt, polite, and honest with me. I was hoping to be hired for full time temporarily and then part time later. She was honest and helpful about the process.
I was advised to look for a staffing or pool position for the possibility of some flexible hours. I applied to a position and got an interview, but the manager never showed. When I contacted HR, they said they would get back to me and never did. This isn't alarming, but not professional either. Their process is clearly automated and not always attended by live people. But if you want a position here, you might expect to persevere. Cheers.
