Interview
Application process easy. Texting interview happened after application was submitted. Video conference interview was set up with the charge nurse.I’ll interview process was straightforward and easy tons of communication via email phone calls and text messages. Interview process was different than ones in the past. The hospital really cares about how you interact with staff, guests, and ancillary staff.

Interview
They never showed up, the interview was scheduled for a position at providence Portland ER on a certain date at a certain time. I sat in the interview room for 2 hours waiting for my interviewers to show. I never received a response by email explaining why they wasted my time. I reached out to my recruiter for an explanation and got no response. Just a email the following day saying that they “went with someone else”. What a horrible experience for a position I was looking forward to interviewing for.
