Interview
I was placed through Ajilon, a local recruiting company. I attended an in-person interview with 2 hiring managers on 10/21/20. To date, they have not responded to the recruiter who set up the interview, and it's been 3 weeks.

Question 1
They interviewed in a style I can only describe as "90s" in that they had a set of questions printed out so that they asked identical questions to each candidate. There was some room to express one's sense of self, but it was very "ask then answer" formula.
Since Providence is a Catholic not for profit system, so the first question you'll get is about whether or not you will be comfortable possibly having prayer or silence as part of meetings. You don't get that question everywhere.
