I like that I could record my own answers on my phone and then upload the videos. It took me roughly 2 hrs to record and upload my videos in total. It was total of 12 questions, some required videos and others required a type in answer.

It was a panel interview with three nurse managers from different departments; behavioral questions and a scenario question; you had five minutes to answer the scenario and then you got to ask questions.
