30 minute zoom interview with 4 people. The following day an hour interview/ discussion with the lead social worker. I was interviewed for the wrong position (although a similar position) despite not applying for the position I was interviewed for. All parties were unaware of this and thus I had to follow up with the phone interview. I don’t believe two interviews is the typical protocol.
