During the process of the first interview, I was scheduled to meet other leaders from other locations. After meeting them, I was told they will get back to me. However, I never received a follow-up email or a phone call on the outcome of my 3 interviews meetings. I emailed HR -Recruiting to follow up, needless to say, they never respond neither. It's been a month since I interview with this company. I'm very disappointed with how unconsidered they are with their hiring candidates. Lack of follow-up after interviews says a lot about how this company's HR poor hiring management functions.
