I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Providence (Renton, WA) in Jun 2011
Interview
The first interview was a phone screen with the director which took about a week to schedule internally. The second interview was a panel interview with the director and two project managers on the team. They mostly asked about technical skills and experiences working on projects. I received an offer that afternoon after sending a thank you nor after running back to my desk after the interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Providence (Burbank, CA)
Interview
Applied and got selected for an interview. Chose my desired time slot and then got canceled the day before. Emailed the recruiter to ask what's going on, but no one responded with an explanation. I wonder why they select people to interview just to reject them beforehand. Extremely unprofessional. With similar sentiments from other reviews, it is pretty ironic for a "Christian-based" hospital to treat their candidates like trash.
It was pretty straightforward, I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a video interview after applying and filling out the text questionnaire. I spoke with the hiring manager and he was a very pleasant person, I'm expecting to hear back in 2 weeks on next steps.
