I applied to Everett and Edmonds. Pretty smooth, was nervous about no-shows as i've seen other interviewers say, showed up on time, very pleasant to talk to, pretty straightforward with the process. Told me it would take a few weeks for a response but got a response by the end of the business week. This was an interview combined with Edmonds Swedish and Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.

it was a 3 person panel in a conference room, the interviewers provided minimal feed back but were reassuring when I felt I was stumbling a lot. Overall I felt really unsure but I think that was due to lack of preparation on my part.
