Very nice and quick eta. Mostly tecnical followed by fitment. Amazing experience overall. Talent acquisition team is quick in responding and provides proper clarity of the role and team. Interview is specific to team.

The process was a bit haphazard. I had a total of three rounds. Two virtual interviews on Teams and one in-person in the office. Feedback was prompt for the first two rounds, but there was complete silence after the third in-person round for a very long time. Eventually got a rejection email.

Its a worst interview process, I have gone through 3rounds, 2 technical rounds with India panel and 1 technical with US round as well and cleared them all, whole of this process took 3weeks. My final round with hiring manager has been scheduled a week later saying non availability of hiring manager, the next day I got a call saying a candidate has been selected by the manger and they are dropping my profile. So they are just wasting time of the candidate and losing reputation as well. This is an unprofessional behavior or practice from the organization.
