I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Proxima in Jun 2026
Interview
Applied through a recruiter. There was a written assessment to submit ahead of time, then a short first interview with a VP and a longer second round with someone more senior. Scheduling stalled between the two rounds and I had to follow up to keep things moving, but the conversations themselves were strong — more of a discussion than a grilling.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If I asked your colleagues to describe you, what would they say?
Turned off by this process after initial call with the recruiter. She didn’t seem knowledgeable at all. I didn’t expect her to be an expert in procurement, but it was such a cookie cutter conversation and she came across as fake.
I decided not to move forward with further interviews because of the experience.
My experience with the interview process was very frustrating and disorganised.
Recruiter refused to share salary details, not even a range, which is very weird
Despite the interview being rescheduled multiple times at the last minute, interviewers still didn’t show up, and the call was cancelled rescheduled again.
No feedback was provided after two interviews, despite repeated requests.
Overall, the process felt disorganised and lacked transparency.
