Basic experiential interview questions. Nothing original. Interview with three managers and director. None were prepared. Read off script. Four interviews in total. Over one week. Easy to prepare for. Questions predictable.

Prudential is big on Diversity and Inclusion. Being a diverse candidate helps greatly, although applicants must self identify. Education is important, but experience is even more important. Prefer to promote within, but not exclusively if the better candidate is exteranal. Process is often longer than for a small company. Thank you notes appreciated.
