      Senior Investor Reporting Analyst Interview

      May 19, 2012
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Prudential in Dec 2011

      Interview

Received a call with a number to call to schedule an in person interview. I called the number, had to leave a message and received a return call three days later. Had a 1:1 interview with the manager of the department, the team lead, a HR representative, and the managers of two other departments. They were mostly concerned with if I would fit in personality wise with the group. There was some concern that I had not done IR before.

      Question 1

Why should we hire you over let's say other candidates that have direct experience doing investor reporting?
