Very professional and informative with me. Made felt welcome and comfortable. Asked how I heard about the facility. How long I have been a nurse. Informed about the 12 hours shift. How many nurses worked each shifts. Very positive and kind. Explained how the halls was split into ABC. Left confident and welcome.
