The interview process was very formal/informal. I was asked multiple different questions about patient care patient safety medication. I was also allowed to sit out with the patients. I am also still meant to see how our interact there are a different brief discussions and questions that came from a paper that was where my answer was written down there were also Questions regarding time management, my schedule of flexibility, etc.
