Nightmare! In Prysmian it looks like that the candidates count nothing. After a 1st interview with HR, a 2nd interview with function, a test case through a SHL portal (I had to ask several time about the email with the link and they look like not caring about), a 3rd round with HR BP, It was told me that I completed the round interviews. After several weeks they came back to me asking one more interview with Higher Manager and the previous HR people and after a kind of "mental quiz" and questions not related to the future job, it looks like everything was over....in the end after they communicated to me at the beginning that they were open to a couple of days in smart working, they ask me a relocation. I sayd no problem, I just will tell to my husband and in that moment they look at me "shocked" ....in the end after months and months of interviews, tests, no caring for updating the candidate, they say that they have problems linked to my personal situation...never happen something similar before
