Had an initial phone call with the recruiter, which sounded promising. Reading the glassdoor reviews, I was hesitant because not just the reviews but how competitive the industry is and trying to figure out how pubmatic was going to right itself. I was then setup with another call with the hiring manager, the CMO. It was a weird call that lasted 10mins, he asked me one question and then answered it and then asked me if I have any questions for him (I had a few but nothing earth shattering). It seemed like he didn't care to take this call and wasn't interested. I haven't heard back since. It seems like it truly is a sinking ship because if this is how candidates are treated, I can't imagine what its like to actually work there.
