Day 1: HR called me and asked about my notice period and expected non negotiable salary. He agreed and proceed further. Day 2: Attended1st Technical round which was 35 min. Day 3: Attended 2nd Technical round which was around 25 min. Day 4: Again attended 3rd technical round which was 40 min. Day 5: Received invitation for round 4 Manager technical round. It was carried around 20 min. Now, after every round HR called me and share manager feedback with me ( Thumps UP for that) Day 7: HR called and said see we can not give you your expected salary only -- hike we can afford (believe me it was very less) ,we can not consider your veriable, allowances and you need to negotiate your notice period from 2 months to 1 month. ( We were already discussed on day 1st my notice period is not negotiable but I will check what I can do.) I said Great and laugh because from day one my expectations were cleared. I got similar feedback from my sources as well and they also had similar experiences. Though company had bad reputation becouse of hire and fire policies, Though It cut off its staff from 1000 to 400, Though company has not proper vision and market reputation I was willing to join 😄 Today my colleague got call for same position. One more request please don't force your associates to post good feedback on Glassdoor and job posting media.
