Interview
Recruiter reached out and wanted to set up an interview. After a successful conversation with the hiring manager and another potential team mate I was ghosted and was left no feedback on the interview. I had to initiate all conversations in order to get the status of the interview and there was no due diligence from the recruitment side to facilitate the process. Feels like I was just played to meet a quota.

Interview
Things went pretty weird right away, the recruiter was tempted to say that I didn't have experience in the right field. I wrote to him directly and it turned out that he chose the wrong answer template. Then there was a series of interviews with the hairing manager and the team. There were huge breaks between each interview. I can't form an unequivocal opinion because some interviewers were open and friendly, while others simply ignored the additional questions I asked. The recruiting manager did not give any updates and did not respond to emails for two weeks after the last interview, after which he simply sent a template that you are not suitable for us, but let's stay in touch.

It was a little more than average, I believe it was 4 rounds of interviews. With the first being a phone call with the recruiter and the other 3 being Zoom interviews with the team.
