Interview
Initial HR screen, followed by 2 hour block of 4 30-minute calls with various folks on the team. Pretty conversational, focus on programmatic and client-facing experience. Last step was presenting mock-QBR style - I had to analyze a data set and provide some audience/inventory recommendations. Not super difficult, but requires some basic knowledge of supply-side sales strategy to get correct. Overall, everyone was super friendly!
Applied online and someone from HR reached out the next day we scheduled some time to talk on the phone. They never called me at the scheduled time. After following up multiple times asking if they wanted to reschedule, I received an automated message that they were moving forward with other candidates. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
