* In first round ask vector class implementation,
* In second round they ask for F2F, and interviewer is not at all interested, ask some silly questions, then rejected.
* Now after that I saw they want women for this position thats why they have rejected.
*In first place you need women for that position they just wasted my time and energy.

Interview
What went well:
The interview process itself was well structured and professionally conducted. All three rounds were thoughtfully designed with medium difficulty level fair assessment of technical skills without being unnecessarily tricky. The hiring manager was approachable and the L3 discussion was genuinely engaging. Overall the technical bar felt appropriate for the role.
What could be better:
HR communication post final round was extremely disappointing. After completing all three rounds, the recruiter became completely unresponsive, not picking calls and not replying to follow-up emails. No update, no rejection, no feedback was shared despite repeated follow-ups. For a candidate who has invested significant time and effort across multiple rounds, this level of communication is unprofessional and disrespectful.
Advice to Candidates:
The interview rounds are worth attending — good technical discussions and reasonable difficulty. However, be prepared for poor post-interview communication from the HR side. Keep other options open in parallel and don't put all your eggs in one basket while waiting for their response.
Advice to Company:
Candidate experience doesn't end at the interview. A simple update email after the final round — whether positive or negative — goes a long way in maintaining your employer brand.
