Long process as two managers were on holiday. Stage 1 met with HR- A very informal, coffee away from the office. He presented the vacancy and company and answered my questions, half friendly chat and half sales pitch but it did make me want the job! Stage 2 interview with HR - More in depth, testing on market contacts (who I knew at different agencies and how well I knew them), sales approaches, question about I had dealt with issues in my current role, how I had overcome obstacles', how I sell etc. Stage 3 at the PubMatic offices with Manager and colleague. Get to know the company and how it operates, no tough questions. Stage 4 at the office again with the directeur and manager. Like the last meeting, testing for team fit and culture. Then a final presentation!
