You meet with them and they ask you basic interview questions. Then you meet the Senior District Manager who will determine lastly if you're a good fit.

Question 1
Name a situation where you delt with someone difficult, what did you do?
Set up a virtual interview a week in advance. Once on the call, recruiter only asked one question pertaining to my location. Said I was too far (although my address is attached to my application and I was aware of what location I applied to) and that he would make a note to a recruiter closer to my area. I received an email the position was filled after and no update.
Very easy , show up on time , dressed nice and ready to communicate efficiently. It was a Microsoft teams interview so have good lighting , I used a ring light .
