Public Storage VP- Human Resources interview questions

Applied online and sent a LinkedIn message to the recruiter to connect. I spoke with recruiting later that day for an hour, and was passed to 2nd rounds. The call was scheduled four days later. I got a text day of the 2nd round cancelling because the interviewer was out of office and they said we’d reschedule. I reached out early the following week and got no response then directly messaged the recruiter and got no response. Obviously I’m not being passed to 2nd rounds so quit ghosting and just say you moved on with others who better fit the requirements. It’s not hard to be polite and leave a candidate with positive feelings about a company.
