I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Groupe (Dubai) in May 2023
Interview
While the entire process does take a bit of a while, the actual interview part is not tedious and relaxed. My first interview was through the phone with someone from HR and it was the general expected questions about visa, living status, availability as well as why I think I would fit the role. None of the questions at this point were technical yet. The next stage of the process was an interview with a senior management member who heads the strategy department. The entire interview was very relaxed and laidback and felt like a conversation about the industry.
