Pretty normal screening interview, touching my skills and background, not so much my portfolio. 2nd interview with Head of Design and Studio Manager again, going through portfolio and all the usuals... They were both very approachable and friendly so in general the process was painless and enjoyable, but PHCG has a bunch of agencies within London so it might be different in a different agency.
