The interview was awkward. The hiring manager seemed disengaged and uninterested in the conversation. I was asked to do a presentation for this second stage. I delivered a 40 minute in depth presentation. I was told the recruiter would be in touch but I was not contacted. After a month, I contacted their inhouse recruitment person and I asked for an update. I was ignored. It has now been over 2 months and I think this is beyond disappointing. It's rude and disrespectful considering they asked for a presentation at the second stage. The recruitment practices are signs of the toxic culture in the business. I had a poor experience that I feel went against all their supposed values. It was an awful experience.
