The interview process consisted of two structured yet conversational rounds. The first was with the hiring manager, who asked about my career path, past roles, and how my experience aligned with the position. The second round was with the CEO, who explored my motivations, leadership style, and how I approach challenges. Both interviews focused on assessing cultural fit, relevant expertise, and my ability to contribute strategically to the company’s goals.
In the one-round casual interview, we engaged in a relaxed conversation covering my background, skills, and experiences. The atmosphere was friendly, allowing for a genuine exploration of my fit within the company.

Interview
The first interview a fairly informal discussion with the Business Unit Director. Very much focused on chemistry and a two way interview - they told me about the role and the agency, I told them about me and my experience. The second round involved doing a presentation to the management team, followed by an informal Q&A with them. I was given a task in advance so I could prepare for the presentation.
