Came in ten minutes early, and checked in at customer service. The interviewer was friendly and made the process comfortable. Filled in a form allowing a drug test and took a swab test. The process took about twenty minutes, only a couple days later I had to come in to fill out paperwork and receive my training location and times, as well as pick up my uniform.

What is our main goal here at Publix?
Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.
