Started out by applying in person on the computer in the store for job applicants.
Received a call to set up an interview a week or two later.
Interviewed with the customer service manager.
Very simple interview with basic questions designed to see if I would provide good customer service.
Called a couple of days later and was offered the job and went in to do a drug test.

Job requires constant customer interaction. Are you okay with this?
Organized and flowed well. Interviewer answered all questions I had for them and more. It was timely and follow process was fast and efficient. Great experience overall went well. Second interview involved job offer.

What was a situation where you worked well in a team situation?
Easy process. Easy questions. Asked a lot about prior experiences and what i could bring to the table. Asked about schedule and availability as well all of which led to the personality questions.

Tell me when you turned around a negative situation.
First, you have to take an online assessment during the application and then you get scheduled for an in-person interview if they like your responses. The assessment was pretty lengthy and had a variety of customer service and situational questions, and the interview was pretty serious for the low level position I was taking.
