short phone interview with maybe 15 basic interview questions.
then a week later in person interview with more similar questions and tour.
a week later physical test where you squeeze a grip measurer and pulling scale thing that test your strength along with a drug test if u pass the exam.
then another week later once hired you come in to fill out paper work before you start working.

Went twice for the selector position, got asked different questions but felt like they were fishing for specific answers because they had a rubric/checkmark sheet and I was getting a lot of marks in the third column which wasnt good. They were respectful and straightforward but im not sure how to answer these questions to get the job
