The interview was great, they ask very easy and non stressful questions which was easy to answer. Also the interviewer was a nice person and was really proper, also the room temperature was good.
it was chill, basic questions and a drug test and stuff. got hired on the spot and it was very east and yeah. no out of the blue questions or anything you would not excpect.
Met with the hiring manager, discussed past retail experience, completed a quick problem-solving test, and answered situational questions before receiving a conditional job offer. During the interview, the candidate also participated in a brief group activity, demonstrated customer service skills, discussed availability, and asked about growth opportunities at Publix, receiving positive feedback from the panel.
