I had to wait for over half an hour for the interviewee. The person who interviewed me was nice and asked what my hobbies were, what I noticed about Publix, and what I would do in certain scenarios.

What makes Publix different than their competitors?
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
