The interview process was not difficult. They asked questions about my experience and questions that would allow them to get to know me and my work ethic. I feel the process was beneficial to them and to me and yeah, pretty painless.

I was being interviewed as a barista in the Starbucks at their store, and they asked me about my previous work as a barista.
Filled out application on line…was asked a few days later to come into store 3 management people there in interview…just average questions…I told them positive things I liked about the company…let them know I lived within 2 miles of store…and was eager to work any shift.

Interview with Department manager normally in person, takes about 30 mins. Easy enough process. Normally you do a quick phone interview or online form before receiving the interview. Took me about 2 days to hear back on a decision.
