Interview
It was a walk-in interview event, so if you already filled out your resume online, you walk in, ask the customer service workers about the interview, they set you up and you wait until a manager calls you back. The manager starts the interview asking you questions then about half-way through they describe what the company's wants, worries, and expectations are. They ask a few more questions after that then send you on your way telling you that you'll get a phone call or email about whether you got the job or not.

Interview
It was easy, pretty straightforward and I left feeling fine. I am sure it varies on location and personnel interviewing of course. The people were nice and answered any questions I had.
