Phone Interview to start then a sit down with the department manager and another employer of the department. I received an e-mail a week later to complete examples to bring in for a 3rd interview

Phone Interview from recruiter was short, asked questions like "Why Pulte" "Why You" basic personality questions. Went on to interview with Purchasing Director a week later. They were creating a position so they were not in a rush to fill it. Overall it was a great experience, although in other reviews they mentioned there was a panel, I did not have that.

Regular interview with Purchasing Director was nice. He was real easy going, asked questions like "What do you avoid in a job" and "what would you do if you could not complete a task on time."
