I interviewed with 5 different managers for around 4 hours. Interview questions tended to follow the STAR method and were more behavioral and asking for examples. Definitely research STAR method prior to interview and prepare your examples ahead of time so you aren't having to sit here and think of things.

Give an example of a time you didn't agree with your direct supervisor and how did you handle it? Give an example of a time when something didn't go as planned and you had to get creative with a solution?

The interview process appeared largely procedural. Credentials did not seem to be a primary factor; instead, the hiring managers appeared focused on aesthetic considerations in filling the role. As a result, I would not be interested in working within such a culture.

Phone call from recruiter about job history then Hr followed called and wanted to know more about my work culture and then an in-person interview with Sales manager. It seemed a little unorganized for a large company.

Phone with recruiter, then in person with GM, trainee and VP. Very friendly and laid back. Everyone was nice. The questions weren't hard at all. I just wasn't a good fit for them.
